Terms and Conditions

Most quotes are based on basic balloon designs, rates may differ for more extravagant balloon parties.

Different rates apply for private, public, corporate or community events.

Travel fee, per performer, depends on your location.

We use only high quality products, have full public liability insurance, police check/ Blue Card, and Covid Safe Plan and certificate.

All you need supply is a safe, flat fully shaded and sheltered area for your performer to set up.
Indoors, patio cover and marquee are good.

Trees or umbrellas alone are not suitable.

Some of our performers request a regular height folding table and 2 chairs to be provided, while others prefer to bring their own.

We can advise on this when you book.

Regular adult height table and chairs only please, no short coffee tables or children's furniture, as it is a health and safety risk for back injuries for our performers.

If you would like to book in let me know as soon as possible so I can secure your performer.

50% deposit secures your date.

Balance due by day of your party.

Please note while we do not give refunds on cancellations we are happy to give you credit to reschedule your party for anytime.

No expiry. No fees.

Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of Sparkly Fairy Face Painting and will be used only in relation to your booking.
